Dyno and pressure test stock valving.  
Cut nuts and torque 40.

a) Cut nuts indicates we ground the nuts and removed the shim stacks.
--> For comparison, you can dyno test a fork without cutting the nuts, then cut the nuts reassemble and get completely different dyno results.
