This edits the the 'sndl_vlpn' in the 'bi_sndl' table. Since the records are connected by the 'sndl_vlpn' and 'bi_vlpn_sndl', be sure to change the 'bi_vlpn_sndl' in the bikeinfo table when you go back to the previous page.
