insert sh comp shim change

10-30-18 In the future we won't use 'sh comp shim change'.  It is redundant since we have 'c force shim change'. We can still access the old tests thru  'Shim Changes' on top menu bar. Remove link from  openRiderInfo.php

Add 'sh comp' shim changes. For this to work the cadj must be the same for each test. You need to know the 2nd test number to be compared against. stack1 = current stack in question stack2 = stack to compare against [stack type - images - areas of tuning]     [stack type - list - areas of tuning]

sh comp       rec_id for stack 1        1 stk   enter rec_id for stack 2        stk    [current compare against]           choose the stiffest stack and to enter rec_ids so percent difference is above 100%
