we need place to enter piston thick / height

4-9-21, we redid comp with deck ht and matched to restackor so the majority of stacks calculated correctly.
-- Didn't do rebound.

The Showa 48 mv piston is the same as the KYB 48.
-- restackor deck ht = 4.45mm

We had to give the 10crf250 mv piston a different vlpn, for programming reasons and because it's Showa.
